Look in the Yellow Pages under Lawyers and then specifically under Personal Injury or Accident Lawyers. Most lawyers will do a preliminary interview at no cost but before choosing you should ask about their fees and experience with brain injury cases. You may want to interview a few lawyers as it is very important that you trust and feel comfortable with the one you’ve chosen.
Lawyer Referral a service offered by Public Legal Information Association of Newfoundland and Labrador. This service provides names of 3 lawyers and then you would contact the lawyer of your choice to arrange a 30 minute consultation. A nominal fee is charged.
